This position focuses on outside business-to-business sales through lead generation and client development to continuously grow the representative's own portfolio and the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of outside sales experience within a white glove, high-end value logistics company, with a proven track record of success in sales and client management.

Responsibilities include generating outside leads, prospecting new business opportunities, effectively growing and managing the client pipeline, and providing a high level of customer service.

Other responsibilities include utilizing various tools and resources to maximize territory business potential, researching market changes, and executing high-yielding call plans and strategies.

The successful candidate will be able to pass a background screen and have a strong understanding of the area's market opportunities and changes.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $125,000 per year, plus uncapped commission and a monthly car allowance of $500.

The company also offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match contribution, and HSA match contribution, as well as paid time off and life insurance.

This is a remote opportunity from a home office and around the greater Chicago area, with a preferred location within 30 miles of Chicago.
