In this role, you will collaborate across various departments including Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations to drive revenue growth and enhance productivity through our Salesforce Platform. You will become the authority on how Skechers operates, utilizes, and reports on the Salesforce platform and other service-oriented technology tools, aiming to eliminate inefficiencies and promote productivity throughout the Service team and the broader organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven individual who is passionate about systems and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver extensive operational support for sales and service, including user management, account oversight, and Salesforce engagement strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintenance, managing Salesforce records from multiple sources and implementing processes to enhance data quality for the sales and service teams.
  • Establish and monitor sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while supporting business rhythms through regular reporting.
  • Analyze large data sets alongside sales tools to create actionable reports and insights that drive pipeline growth.
  • Assist in maintaining service and sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Act as a central point of contact between departments, fostering collaboration with service, sales, marketing, product, data operations, finance, and legal teams to fulfill requirements and implement integrations.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive reporting on pipeline health, deal management, and attainment to enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Sales System Operations team and Global Customer Care to design and refine workflows and automation for service efficiency.
  • Work alongside senior Operations members to manage territories and support the sales team.
  • Administer sales tools and provide training for new sales representatives.
  • Partner with the revenue operations manager on special projects and requests from sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee the health of multiple Salesforce orgs, optimizing feature use and maintaining best practices across Salesforce products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud within a global contact center environment.
  • 4-5 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and managing Salesforce systems (Service Cloud experience is mandatory; Sales Cloud experience is preferred).
Certifications
  • Advanced Administrator (Required).
  • Service Cloud Consultant (Required).
  • Amazon Connect (Preferred).
  • Platform App Builder (Preferred).
  • Service Cloud Voice (Accreditation) (Preferred).
  • Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred).
Education and Experience
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and configuring Service Cloud features such as Omni Channel Experience, Chat-Bot, Service Cloud Voice, and Dashboard and Reports.
  • Proven experience in managing and configuring Sales Cloud features including Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Campaign Management.
  • Expertise in Org Management and Technical Integration.
  • Strong background in Salesforce development, including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with CPQ systems like BMI, Steel brick, or Apttus (Preferred).
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration, including custom and standard fields, flow, and data validation rules.
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning development and Sandbox Management.
  • Experience in conducting UAT and Production Deployments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and using data tools.
