About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Sollis Health. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for operating our X-ray equipment and ensuring that patients receive a high-level of care and hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and reviewing physician requests for radiographic procedures and identifying patients prior to conducting scans
  • Performing x-rays on various body parts using the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures
  • Producing films of the X-ray and providing them to the requesting physician
  • Ensuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification
  • Monitoring patient well-being and recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action
  • Running laboratory tests on moderate to complex machines and helping to perform routine QC's and other lab requirements
  • Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning documents, and entering detailed information about patients ensuring all information is HIPAA compliant
  • Entering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce
  • Keeping the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Sollis brand standards and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members
  • Greeting members/patients ensuring they receive a high-level of customer service
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, or house calls
  • Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions, or other needs
  • Preparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requested
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required
  • Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology
  • Extraordinary organizational and project management skills; comfortable with Excel and Google sheets imperative
  • Urgent care experience, strong plus
