We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Sollis Health. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients receive high-quality, personalized care.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and reviewing physician requests for radiographic procedures and identifying patients prior to conducting scans
- Performing x-rays on various body parts using the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures
- Producing films of the X-ray and providing them to the requesting physician
- Ensuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification
- Monitoring patient well-being and recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action
- Running laboratory tests on moderate to complex machines and assisting with routine QC's and other lab requirements
- Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning documents, and entering detailed information about patients while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Entering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce
- Maintaining a clean and organized office space and clinic, adhering to Sollis brand standards, and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members
- Greeting members/patients and providing a high level of customer service
- Scheduling follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, or house calls
- Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions, or other needs
- Preparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requested
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology
- Extraordinary organizational and project management skills, with comfort using Excel and Google sheets
- Urgent care experience, a strong plus
