About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Sollis Health. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients receive high-quality, hospitality-driven care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and reviewing physician requests for radiographic procedures and identifying patients prior to conducting scans
  • Performing x-rays on various body parts using the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures
  • Producing films of the X-ray and providing them to the requesting physician
  • Ensuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification
  • Monitoring patient well-being and recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action
  • Running laboratory tests on moderate to complex machines and assisting with routine QC's and other lab requirements
  • Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning documents, and entering detailed information about patients while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Entering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable office space and clinic, meeting Sollis brand standards, and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members
  • Greeting members/patients and providing a high level of customer service
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, or house calls
  • Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions, or other needs
  • Preparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requested
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
  • Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology
  • Extraordinary organizational and project management skills; comfortable with Excel and Google sheets
  • Urgent care experience, a strong plus
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$51 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer, and this rate may not reflect pay for positions performed solely in localities outside of Southern California.

Actual pay is dependent on several factors, including years of experience within the job, industry, location, education, and more.
