Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Provost's calendar, correspondence, and file maintenance
  • Coordinate the Provost's travel, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, university leaders, and external constituents
  • Serve as UT System liaison for the Provost

  • Maintain a repository for Affiliation Agreements
  • Coordinate annual invitations for the Kusch Lecture
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and nine years of office administration or related experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite Applications
  • Previous experience in higher education is preferred

This is a regular full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Provost, as well as interacting with senior leaders, faculty, staff, students, and external constituents.
