Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide support services for students in grades K-12. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a strong understanding of speech therapy principles.
Job DescriptionThis SLPA position involves working alongside a licensed SLP to provide direct and indirect services to students with various speech and language needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support services to students with speech and language disorders in grades K-12.
- Work closely with the SLP to develop and implement individualized plans for students.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be considered for this SLPA position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications or an Associate's degree from a recognized SLPA program.
- Be certified as an SLPA, if applicable.
- Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
