About This Role:

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and work alongside an SLP to provide services for school-age students ranging from grades K-12.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

A School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant will be responsible for providing direct and indirect services in accordance with a student's IEP. This includes working alongside an SLP to develop and implement treatment plans, observing and recording student progress, and communicating with parents and staff about student needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications or Associate's degree from an SLPA program
  • Active SLPA certification, if applicable
  • Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
  • Caseload: K-12
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel between buildings during the day may be required
  • Onsite only, virtual not an option
