Speech-Language Pathologist Level II

About the Role:

This position requires a seasoned professional to provide diagnosis and treatment of complex communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients with various communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Train and mentor junior therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California).
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.
