Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Country Pure Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel in diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely availability.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to maintenance personnel on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory levels, and equipment performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance personnel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
  • Proficiency in maintenance software and inventory management systems.
