Job Summary

Country Pure Foods is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision and coordination of maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to maintenance personnel to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
