About the Role

Sulzer USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our Services_AME team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Directly or through delegation, manage business process activities, including RFQ and tendering processing, procurement processes, order entry processing, order planning, order coordination/project management, and customer communication.
  • Team Leadership: Manage direct reports and provide guidance on key activity due dates and work prioritization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in standardization and continuous improvement processes to enhance business efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Support and cooperate with company-wide LEAN and QESH Management System, adhering to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and General Manager, and maintain all company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualification in Engineering, Science, or Business discipline, or approved combination of experience and education.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in a closely related position, preferably in a manufacturing, sales, or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Strong commercial awareness, experience in negotiation, staff management, knowledge of pump or other manufacturing and project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and SAP.
