Business Process Manager

Sulzer USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our Services_AME team in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing business process activities, including RFQ and tendering processing, procurement processes, order entry processing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly or through delegation, manage business process activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and QESH Management System.
- Responsible for direct report's activities and adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
- Qualification in Engineering, Science, or Business discipline or approved combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of five years' experience in closely related position, preferably in a Manufacturing, Sales, or Customer Service environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience in negotiation in a commercial environment.
- Staff management experience and knowledge of pump or other manufacturing and project management.
