Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staffing coordination, performance monitoring, coaching, and issue resolution while ensuring exceptional client service. Drive innovation and manage the comprehensive launch of solutions.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of business analysts.

Foster a collaborative team environment and exhibit customer service excellence at all levels.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the business regulations and operational workflows within both administrative and clinical sectors.

Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities to engage, influence, and motivate teams towards collaboration and alignment.

Partner with business stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap that guides products and features from initial concept to successful launch in a dynamic setting.

Operate within an Agile framework, consistently assessing business requirements, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying potential opportunities and risks.

Manage and prioritize sprints for designated products, balancing stakeholder requirements effectively.

Coordinate necessary resources (applications and personnel) to ensure the successful deployment of new solutions and enhancements to existing systems.

Act as the primary liaison with external vendors and/or interface engineers.

Translate stakeholders' business requirements into well-documented specifications. Analyze and comprehend these requirements and their implications for both new and existing systems.

Propose operational enhancements and assess and recommend modifications to systems as needed.

Remain adaptable; proactively identify challenges and risks, and establish processes where none exist.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate these insights to stakeholders.

Lead initiatives to implement and guide these changes.

Project Development:
Define the project scope.

During the planning and execution phases, identify leaders, stakeholders, users, and resources.

Establish internal project benchmarks related to analysis, development, testing, training, and implementation.

Monitor the achievement of benchmarked objectives and manage the project timeline.

Oversee projects and teams concerning scope, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

Lead and manage the change management process.

Document findings, results, and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop communication strategies and keep leadership, stakeholders, and project teams informed about project status and implications.

Provide guidelines for post-implementation support and monitor the utilization, progress, and sustainability of projects.

Additional IT Responsibilities:
Engage in compliance testing and documentation related to organizational policies and procedures.

Assist in system evaluations alongside other IT personnel.

Participate in IT team meetings and initiatives.

Contribute to the strategic planning process for IT.

Serve on and lead committees as necessary to uphold standards and accreditations.

Facilitate training sessions as required.

Participate in orientation training for IT.

Provide application training when necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Administrative Duties:
Actively engage in performance improvement initiatives.

Participate in committees as requested.

Complete assigned tasks promptly.

Treat clients with dignity and respect.

Collaborate effectively with other employees.

Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business; a Master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare and application planning, development, installation, and training; experience in managing software deployments; experience collaborating with departmental leaders, along with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Operate in a supervisory capacity over the analyst team. The candidate must possess a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and project management capabilities.

Familiarity with project management and reporting tools, such as:
Microsoft Project, Crystal Reports, etc.
