Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Zap Energy is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the development of our fusion energy program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our program, ensuring that we deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery of our fusion energy program.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, research, and operations teams to ensure that our program is aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the program, ensuring that we are always on track to meet our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a professional setting, with a strong background in project management and technical leadership.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on fusion energy and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
