Job Title: Technical SME

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SME to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Technical SME, you will be responsible for deploying Windows 10/11 operating systems, managing SCCM and MDT environments, and providing expert-level support for Intune and Auto-Pilot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy Windows 10/11 operating systems using SCCM and MDT
  • Manage SCCM and MDT environments, including image building and testing
  • Provide expert-level support for Intune and Auto-Pilot
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell and SQL scripts for automation and troubleshooting
  • Build and test SOE images, including driver and file injection
  • Create and customize task sequences for SCCM and MDT
  • Deploy applications and patches using SCCM and MDT
  • Manage and troubleshoot networking and security configurations
  • Migrate endpoints from SCCM to Intune and co-manage endpoints between SCCM and Intune
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in OS deployment with SCCM
  • Hands-on experience with MDT, ADK, and industry-standard SOE and imaging tools
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell and SQL scripting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle transitions and support multiple accounts
