Job Title: System Analyst

At Saxon Global, we are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Technology Services team, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and maintaining scientific, quality, and clinical business applications.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for several laboratory applications, providing technical guidance on project teams to meet business and compliance needs. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, integrate, and maintain scientific, quality, and clinical business applications
  • Act as a subject matter expert for laboratory applications, providing technical guidance on project teams
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, optimizing technology solutions and business processes to meet business requirements
  • Ensure compliance with GxP regulatory standards, including ICH guidelines and 21CFR, Part 11
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to develop strong relationships and coordinate tasks across multiple functional areas
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience supporting and implementing large-scale applications, or Master's degree with 7 years of experience
  • Experience managing applications throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of Windows administration, device management, network topology, group policy, Active Directory, virtualization, application delivery, configuration management, and system integrations
  • Ability to quickly master new applications and technical skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing and supporting Lab systems
  • Experience implementing, supporting, and integrating SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated technical skills with on-premise server architecture and management for optimal application performance
