Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee and coordinate all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

  • Certifications: CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
