We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and contribute to the development of our community.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, and providing individualized support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities that promote socialization, creativity, and physical activity.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, recognizing and responding to their unique needs and interests.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • NJ Preschool–Grade 3 Standard (or CE, CEAS, TE) Certificate.
  • Prior experience working with preschool-aged children, including those with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to create engaging lesson plans and activities with academic rigor.
  • Patience, compassion, and love for working with young children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and knowledge of educational technology.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year
