As a CollabClub Enrichment Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting Site Leaders and youth at assigned sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Site Leaders to plan and facilitate daily programming and youth supervision.
  • Develop and implement engaging social-emotional learning activities.
  • Support the delivery of literacy curriculum and academic clubs.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of assessment results and site attendance records.
  • BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND YOUTH AT ASSIGNED SITES.

Your Qualifications
We're looking for passionate educators with a proven track record of working with children. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and classroom management skills, as well as the ability to address challenges effectively. What We Offer
This is a year-round position with varied hours based on school schedules and summer operations. Staff are compensated between $15-$20 per hour, depending on qualifications. A successful background check, training, and required health appraisal are also part of the hiring process.
