Job Summary
The CollabClub Enrichment Staff will assist the Site Leader with daily programming and supervision of youth at assigned sites. This role requires maintaining proper staff-to-youth ratios, planning and facilitating social-emotional learning activities, and ensuring accurate tracking of results. As a key member of our team, you will develop strong relationships with families and youth, promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain proper staff-to-youth ratios and ensure effective supervision of youth.
  • Assist with planning and facilitating social-emotional learning activities.
  • Support literacy curriculum and academic club facilitation.
  • Facilitate assessments and track results accurately.
  • Collect and maintain site attendance records in Procare.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND YOUTH AT ASSIGNED SITES.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a year-round position with varied hours based on school schedules and summer operations. Staff are compensated between $15-$20 per hour, depending on qualifications. A successful background check, training, and required health appraisal are also part of the hiring process.
