Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Counselor to join our team at Addington Place of Burlington. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in promoting our care services and lifestyles to seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore their new living options.
  • Present our different lifestyles, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and personalized care services to meet their needs.
  • Conduct community tours and host prospect and professional events to build occupancy in our community.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
  • Compassionate and interested in working with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Expert at discovering sales motivations and needs.
  • Quick and strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections.
  • Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
  • Project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with sales CRM systems.
