Job Overview

Miller Motor Sales is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate repair estimates and efficient workflow.
  • Upsell additional services using a consultative approach, focusing on customer needs and benefits.
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Manage workflow for a team of technicians, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete, maintaining high standards of excellence.
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick-up, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
