Sales Representative

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory to meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Develop existing accounts and seek new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Crown's products and services to effectively consult and problem-solve with customers.
- Territory Management: Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers and optimize sales performance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and customer service representatives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Intermittent computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
