Job Title: HR Manager

At Cboe Global Markets, we're reimagining the future of the workplace by focusing on what matters most - our people. We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Human Resources Business Partner team.

About the Role:

The HR Manager will work collaboratively with client groups and department leaders to implement key business initiatives through the delivery of strategic HR services. As a member of our HR team, you will provide guidance and coaching to client groups to support and drive HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with client group Sr Leaders and managers to provide guidance and coaching on HR processes.
  • Support leaders in executing initiatives aimed at improving organizational health and development for specific business units.
  • Implement engagement strategies based on metrics and qualitative data.
  • Establish contacts across the HR function and HR Generalists to ensure all client group needs are managed in a timely fashion.
  • Manage and guide the delivery of specific performance actions, including PIPs, disciplinary action, terminations, and redeployment.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Support HR process alignment by collaborating with HR COE's to drive consistent execution of HR processes.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business partner to take responsibility for accurately defining the requirements of the role, assisting managers with the selection process, and supporting the hiring processes.
  • Assist employees and managers through HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Support HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of current employment legislation, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with the business unit managers and others in the HR team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to championing inclusion and diversity.
  • Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with a global team.
  • Minimum 7+ years of work experience required.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Financial Services experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
