About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CBHC Clinician to join our team at Eliot. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based treatment and support to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide side-by-side therapy and interventions to individuals and families, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling behavior.
  • Deliver therapy interventions in various settings, including the office, virtually, in the community, and in clients' residences.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and meetings, ensuring timely completion of documentation and collaboration with the team.
  • Complete NOMS assessments, clinical assessments, and other required documentation to meet CBHC/Eliot standards.
  • Ensure client involvement in treatment planning and preference-based care.
  • Provide individual therapy to assigned clients and families, adhering to treatment plans and approved EBPs.
  • Participate in diagnostic evaluations, screening assessments, outcome measures, and crisis planning.
  • Implement crisis intervention as necessary, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, crisis intervention competence, and ability to develop short-term interventions.
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to access them.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 (Masters only), $70,000 (Licensed)
  • 6% salary increase for bilingual candidates fluent in the needed language
  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 office-based days
