Job Title: CBHC Stabilization Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CBHC Stabilization Clinician to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will provide critical support to individuals and families in crisis, helping them navigate the behavioral health system and achieve stability and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and stabilization interventions to support clients and families in crisis
  • Provide urgent care services, including crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on stabilization, community planning, and follow-up supports
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and community resources to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in evidence-based trainings and stay up-to-date on best practices in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field
  • Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, and ability to develop short-term interventions
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to access them
  • Computer literacy and skill in using software applications
  • Ability to establish rapport with diverse clinical presentations and meet background and credentialing requirements
