Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families

Eliot's Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based treatment and support to children and families in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment for clients and families
  • Deliver therapy and interventions in the office, virtually, in the community, and in client residences
  • Participate in daily team huddles and meetings, completing documentation prior to meetings
  • Complete NOMS assessments, clinical assessments, and other documentation required to meet CBHC/Eliot standards
  • Ensure client involvement in treatment planning and preference-based care
  • Provide individual and targeted therapy to assigned clients and families
  • Participate in diagnostic evaluations, screening assessments, outcome measures, and crisis planning
  • Implement crisis intervention and ensure client safety
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehab Counseling, or related field
  • Strong diagnostic skills, crisis intervention competence, and engagement strategies
  • Ability to establish rapport with diverse client presentations and access community resources
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 (Masters) or $70,000 (Licensed)
  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 office-based days
  • Flexibility to work evening hours, 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm
