CBHC Clinician

Eliot's Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is seeking a skilled and compassionate CBHC Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a CBHC Clinician, you will provide evidence-based treatment to individuals and families, working collaboratively with our team to deliver solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment.
Responsibilities:- Provide side-by-side therapy and interventions to individuals and families, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling behavior.
- Deliver therapy interventions in the office, virtually, or in the community, based on client preference and clinical direction.
- Participate in daily team huddles and meetings, completing documentation prior to meetings.
- Complete NOMS assessments, clinical assessments, and other documentation required to meet CBHC/Eliot standards.
- Ensure client involvement in treatment planning and preference incorporation.
- Provide individual therapy to assigned clients and/or families, within the context of the CBHC Team, treatment plan, and approved EBPs.
- Offer targeted therapy, including CBT modalities, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment.
- Participate in diagnostic evaluations, screening assessments, outcome measures, and crisis planning.
- Provide immediate interventions for acuity, working with individuals and staff to ensure timely responses.
- Ensure client safety, implementing crisis intervention as necessary.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehab Counseling, or related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, and ability to develop short-term interventions.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to access them.
Masters only: $68,900
Licensed: $74,200
Bilingual Required: Spanish speaking needed.
Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday, with a minimum of 3 office-based days.
