We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CBHC Stabilization Clinician to join our team at Eliot. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will provide critical support to individuals and families in crisis, helping them navigate the stabilization process and access necessary resources.
Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and stabilization interventions to support clients and families in crisis.
- Provide urgent care services, including crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment, to help clients achieve stability and access ongoing support.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating community-based services and resources as needed.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing care for clients.
- Participate in evidence-based trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college.
- Strong diagnostic skills, crisis intervention expertise, and ability to develop short-term interventions to support clients and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
