Job Title: CBHC Stabilization Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CBHC Stabilization Clinician to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide urgent care services to individuals and families in need of behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and stabilization interventions to support clients and families in crisis.
  • Develop and implement short-term treatment plans to address acute and urgent behavioral health needs.
  • Provide solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment to clients and families, including crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in evidence-based trainings and stay up-to-date on best practices in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field, or Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, and ability to develop short-term interventions to support clients and families.
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to access them.
  • Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications.
  • Ability to consistently meet all necessary background and credentialing requirements.
