Job Overview

The Bulk Account Merchandiser plays a crucial role in selling, ordering, and presenting products to customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sales and Execution: Manages, sells, and executes daily pre-set routes, generating sales orders based on delivery frequency for each customer.
  • Product Presentation: Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up, proactive pricing, and special programs.
Work Environment

The work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas that may be non-temperature controlled.

Requirements
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Prior Customer Service Experience in Retail
  • Valid In-State Driver's License
  • Excellent Driving History
  • High School Education / GED
