About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at First Coast Energy. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately scan and process customer transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock merchandise, and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older
