Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operations of the long-term care establishment, ensuring efficient functioning and superior resident care.
  • Direct and coordinate the clinical, administrative, and support teams to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to address needs and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Possession of an active Long-Term Care (LTC) or Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a healthcare facility, particularly in long-term care.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial oversight in a nursing or residential care environment.
