Senior Business Analyst

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support multiple project teams in defining and developing business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics associated with enterprise technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify, document, and track business requirements through the system development process.
  • Work with project teams to identify process improvements, future state design, change management, and transition planning.
  • Conduct business process analysis, identify roles and responsibilities, and recommend performance metrics.
  • Draft technical documentation, including project plans, system requirements specifications, and transition plans.
  • Develop recurring status and work progress reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years or more of related experience; Master's and 7 years; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a collaborative environment as an integral member of a project team.
  • Demonstrated past performance in identifying and delivering process improvements to a large commercial or government organization.
Clearance Requirements
  • US Citizenship.
  • Active Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior work experience supporting U.S. government agencies.
  • ITIL Certification.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,001 - $160,000.
