Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Trotter Workforce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Direct and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that electrical work is being performed to the highest standards and that all safety protocols are being followed.
  • Material Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of materials and supplies, ensuring that they are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of the NEC, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
