Job Summary

Bay State Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in our office at MIT Health.

This role is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience and contributing to our 99% patient satisfaction score.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and support
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Managing patient schedules and appointments
  • Communicating effectively with patients and families

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable
