About the Role

The SnowSports Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing various administrative duties of the SnowSports School and its personnel at Summit at Snoqualmie.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of seasonal staff, collaborating with the company's Human Resources department.
  • Process and manage employee personal data, including arrival and departure experiences.
  • Manage uniform distribution and inventory.
  • Train and supervise Point of Sale (POS) staff.
  • Oversee administrative processes for the SnowSports School, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and projects, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Siriusware, a preferred skill.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt and evolve in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The wage range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. This is a non-benefited role, but all employees are eligible to contribute to the 401(k) plan after working 1,000 hours in a calendar year. Sick time accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked, up to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
