Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Options for Southern Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical services for Forensic services clients, ensuring the smooth running of the unit, and providing clinical direction and guidance to team members.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a behavioral science, an understanding of co-occurring disorders, trauma, and related experience. Two years' post-master's experience is required to meet qualifications under Medicaid for Clinical Supervisor.
Leadership experience and understanding of outpatient processes and work flows are a plus. The candidate must be registered as a licensure intern with the State of Oregon or be licensed in Oregon as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or clinical Psychologist, or meet eligibility qualifications to register with the Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).
The Clinical Supervisor will work effectively and collaboratively within the agency and with other mental health professionals, community partners, and local, state, and federal stakeholders. They will promote team compliance with clinical requirements and program fidelity, adhere to and enforce agency policies and procedures regarding clinical performance and professional conduct, and provide direct treatment to assigned clients.
Responsibilities include providing clinical direction and clinical supervision to staff, meeting regularly with team and assigned individual staff to review their clinical and administrative work, ensuring the smooth running of assigned Forensic program(s), leading regular treatment team meetings, and developing, maintaining, and promoting therapeutic client relationships.
The Clinical Supervisor will also engage and work collaboratively within the agency and with outside resources to obtain and coordinate services necessary for crisis stabilization, transition of care, social development, housing needs, accessing employment and education, medical needs, etc.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in a behavioral science, an understanding of co-occurring disorders, trauma, and related experience, two years' post-master's experience, leadership experience, and understanding of outpatient processes and work flows.
