Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a team to produce high-quality theme props and 2D signage for our stores.
  • Partner with external vendors to drive innovation and deliver quality, consistency, and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective processes and communication tools.
  • Work closely with the Director, Marketing Operations to ensure projects are completed on budget and on time.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in retail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and define processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and recommend solutions.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, and FileMaker Pro is a plus.
