Two95 International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traffic Operations Manager to lead our Traffic Engineering Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing all Traffic Engineering Services for our Capital and Operating Programs, as well as Operational Support for our Aviation, Tunnels, Bridges and Terminals, PATH, WTC, and Port Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all Traffic Engineering Services, including transportation planning, design, operations, safety, modeling, data analytics, and technologies in support of the operations of all Agency facilities.
- Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective transportation facility designs that meet our Program requirements and provide transportation assets that enable world-class customer experiences.
- Oversee the production of high-quality traffic engineering services, including roadway geometric design, traffic planning studies, ITS systems design and operation, Maintenance of Traffic/Construction support, facility traffic operations support, and design and legal authorization of traffic control devices.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of approximately 40 or more assigned staff members, including our staff and consultant staff, and foster an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued and leveraged to achieve our vision and mission.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in traffic engineering and operations management, with a strong background in transportation planning, design, and operations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team of professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
