This is a tipped role; the listed hourly minimum does not account for potential tips.

$15.25 / hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-shift briefings, noting essential service information
  • Work collaboratively with the Chef, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure timely food preparation and delivery; assist with the presentation of dishes
  • Provide table-side service as needed, including taking and delivering orders and explaining menu items to guests
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods; identify items by appearance
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and suites

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No high school diploma or GED is necessary

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; may involve navigating stairs
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds for setup, service, and cleanup
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Visual and auditory acuity sufficient for taking orders and preparing checks
