Expo Team Member

At Earl Enterprises, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expo Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assemble all orders as they are prepared by the culinary team, ensuring efficient processing and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with food runners to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to each dine-in guest.
  • Prepare food for carryout, as requested, ensuring all items are included and notifying the guest that the order is ready.
  • Utilize the order and ticketing system to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing position is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic, warm, and attentive manner towards guests and co-workers.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading order tickets, to interact effectively with guests and coworkers and ensure order accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders.
