Responsibilities:">
  • Provide direct support to assigned Community Managers to meet community standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office and maintain the front entry area and meeting rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners through various channels.
  • Address customer issues and ensure effective long-term solutions.
  • Support Community Managers by answering phones, returning calls, composing correspondence, sending/receiving faxes, creating and editing newsletters, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking architectural submittals.
  • Maintain an organized process for arranging Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and preparing necessary correspondence.
  • Ensure essential information is readily available to Community Managers on the day of BOD meetings.
  • Collaborate with vendors to provide direction and collect bids per manager's requirements.
  • Design and create community materials such as newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, handouts, notices, etc.
  • Maintain strict adherence to community and company deadlines.
  • Perform other related duties as directed.

  • Demonstrate exceptional organization and tracking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Show proficiency in utilizing computer programs and database systems, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, internet, and e-mail systems.
  • Possess advanced communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Exhibit superior customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department and with other departments.

Salary Estimate:">$45,000 - $60,000 per year
