Job Description: Office Operations Specialist
">Overview:
The Office Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our leadership team and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the central telephone line, screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
- Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and deliver or distribute items as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the President and COO, including managing their calendar, creating agendas for executive meetings, and arranging travel and food/beverage accommodations for corporate training classes.
- Assist with vendor setup and check log approvals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of successful professional administration experience, with various responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
