Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting/repair of SEW-EURODRIVE electronic and electro/mechanical products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical sales support of SEW-Eurodrive electronic and electro-mechanical products to customers.
- Develop customer agreements of the service, maintenance, CDM projects and Pickup and Delivery Services.
- Handle complaints of field failures and evaluate all products returned for warranty analysis and generate reports.
- Visit customers to provide service and promote sales of service activities offered by SEW-EURODRIVE.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering/Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, plus 2 years' experience with industrial drives.
- Ability to read control wiring diagrams.
- Must have experience with motors, gears, AC variable frequency controllers.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Always be businesslike and professional.
- A competitive salary range of $65K - $70K annually + commission.
