Strategist for Leading Creative Agency

Vicarious Talent Agency is partnering with a prominent creative agency to recruit a talented Strategist who can drive business growth with a sharp mind and a dynamic approach.

This role is ideal for someone who is in tune with societal trends and has the intelligence to leverage these insights in a business context. The position is remote with flexibility to work from anywhere, although some travel may be required for client meetings and team collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Generate and leverage new ideas to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Transform complex ideas into clear and digestible concepts.
  • Create compelling presentations to showcase strategies and insights to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client products, services, markets, and consumers.
  • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to client businesses.
  • Write creative briefs to guide the development of top-tier creative work.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
  • Engage in copywriting as necessary, as directed by client needs or internal strategy.
  • Optimize internal agency processes and documentation to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Present to the agency team to share insights on client industries, innovations in strategy, and performance of current initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities with a record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools, such as PowerPoint.
  • Background in monitoring trends and applying this knowledge in a strategic business context.
  • Experience with copywriting and the ability to express ideas clearly in written form.
