Lead eDiscovery and Data Analytics Expert

T-Mobile is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of eDiscovery to lead our eDiscovery and data analytics efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading a talented team of professionals in delivering effective, cost-efficient, and risk-balanced solutions for managed document reviews and productions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team that plans, executes, and manages eDiscovery projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget
  • Design and implement effective solutions for managed document reviews, using advanced analytics, AI, and other evolving technologies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance outcomes
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients on eDiscovery best practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Monitor and report on the progress and status of eDiscovery projects, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Manage and supervise the eDiscovery team, including project managers, analysts, reviewers, and support staff
  • Train and mentor the internal eDiscovery team on best practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, attorneys, and IT staff
  • Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies and solutions for eDiscovery
  • Ensure compliance with eDiscovery standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree and a juris doctorate from accredited institutions
  • A minimum of 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in the eDiscovery space, including project management, consulting, and litigation support
  • Expertise in eDiscovery best practices, tools, and methodologies, including in the areas of advanced analytics, AI, and technology-assisted review
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead independently crafting strategic directions and work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
What We Offer:

T-Mobile offers a competitive salary range of $202,700 - $274,300, with a corporate bonus target of 25%. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
