Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our Washington State-based team. The successful candidate will have a strong network across State and Local government entities and a deep understanding of government operations. The role will involve building and selling a pipeline of consulting work with new buyers, leveraging both their understanding of government operations and experience across Eagle Hill's core service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic and trusted client relationships with State and Local government entities
  • Shape new opportunities and lead business development campaigns
  • Develop proposals to sell new and follow-on work
  • Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working for or with State and Local government entities in Washington State
  • Strong network across State and Local government entities within Washington State
  • Demonstrated business development experience successfully shaping and selling work
  • History of successfully leading the development of solutions through strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer

Eagle Hill Consulting provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $133K-165K, negotiable and dependent upon hours worked per week. We also offer a robust benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, and short and long-term disability insurance.
