Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Management: Oversee the management of our residential communities, including coordinating with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents for our communities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train on-site staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our residents.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that our communities receive high-quality services at competitive prices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our communities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or real estate.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential community setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Florida CAM license required.
